Teslimat Süreleri
Hazırlık Süresi: Siparişiniz onaylandıktan sonra 1–2 iş günü içinde kargoya verilir.

Teslimat: Türkiye geneline ortalama 3–7 iş günü içerisinde teslim. Uzak bölgelere (Doğu, Güneydoğu, adalar) +2 gün ek süre.

Kargo ve Ücretlendirme
Ücretsiz Kargo: 2.500 ₺ ve üzeri alışverişlerde.

Standart Ücret: 0–2.500 ₺ arası siparişlerde 49,90 ₺.

Kargo Firması: Yurtiçi Kargo / MNG Kargo / Sürat Kargo (müşteri tercihi)

Teslimat Şartları
Teslimat, alıcının belirttiği adreste, kargocunun getirdiği anda tamamlanır ve risk alıcıya geçer.

Eksik ya da hasarlı ürün tesliminde, “teslimatı yapan kargo görevlisi” ile tutanak tutunuz ve bize 24 saat içinde bildirin.

Özel Montaj ve Kurulum
Bazı mobilya ürünlerinde montaj hizmeti ek ücrete tabidir; ürün sayfasında açıkça belirtilir.

Montaj hizmeti söz konusu ise, ilgili sepet aşamasında “kolay kurulum” seçeneğini işaretlemeyi unutmayınız.

İade ve Değişim Adımları
Cayma/ayıplı ürün iadesi için “İade Talep Formu”nu doldurduktan sonra kargo etiketinizi adresinize gönderiyoruz.

Ürün bize ulaştıktan sonra inceleme süreci (max. 7 iş günü) başlar; uygunluk halinde ödemeniz ya da değişim talebiniz gerçekleştirilir.

Domestic Orders Only
For now, we only accept orders within Turkey and our sales are limited to domestic shipments. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times
Preparation Time: Your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery: Average delivery time within Turkey is 3–7 business days. An additional 2 days may apply for remote areas (Eastern, Southeastern regions, islands).

Shipping and Pricing
Free Shipping: For orders of ₺2,500 or more.
Standard Fee: ₺49.90 for orders between ₺0–2,500.
Shipping Carriers: Yurtiçi Kargo / MNG Kargo / Sürat Kargo (based on customer preference)

Delivery Conditions
Delivery is completed at the address provided by the customer, at the time the courier delivers the package. Responsibility passes to the recipient upon delivery.
In case of missing or damaged items, please have a report prepared with the delivery courier and notify us within 24 hours.

Special Assembly and Installation
For certain furniture items, assembly service may be subject to an additional charge, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
If an assembly service is available, don’t forget to select the “easy installation” option during the checkout process.

Return and Exchange Procedures
For returns due to withdrawal or defective products, fill out the “Return Request Form” and we will send a return label to your address.
Once the product reaches us, the review process (maximum 7 business days) will begin. If approved, your refund or exchange request will be processed.
