TÜKETİCİ HAKLARI (CUSTOMER RIGHTS)

Dayanak: 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun, 6563 Sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun

Cayma (Siparişten Vazgeçme) Hakkı
Süresi: Malın veya hizmetin teslimini izleyen 14 gün içinde, herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkı.

İşleyiş: Cayma hakkınızı kullanmak için yazılı (e-posta, faks, taahhütlü mektup) veya elektronik ortamda (web sitemizdeki İade Formu veya e-posta) açık bir beyan ile tarafımıza bildirmeniz yeterlidir.

Masraflar: Cayma hakkınızı kullandığınız durumda, ürünlerin iade ücreti firmamıza aittir; ödediğiniz tutar 14 gün içinde tamamen iade edilir.

Ayıplı Mal ve Hizmetler
Yasal Garanti Süresi: Teslim tarihinden itibaren 2 yıl (6502 / 11. Madde).

Başvuru: Ayıplı ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren makul süre içinde (tercihen 30 gün) sitemiz üzerinden veya Çağrı Merkezi’ne bildiriniz.

Seçenekleriniz: Onarım, değiştirme, bedel iadesi veya ayıp oranında indirim talep edebilirsiniz.

Legal Basis: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce

Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

Period: Within 14 days following the delivery of the goods or services, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification.

Procedure: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you only need to notify us with a clear statement in writing (email, fax, registered mail) or electronically (via the Return Form on our website or by email).

Costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company; the amount you paid will be fully refunded within 14 days.

Defective Goods and Services

Legal Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of delivery (Article 11 of Law No. 6502).

Application: Notify us via our website or Call Center within a reasonable time (preferably within 30 days) from the date you received the defective product.

Your Options: You may request repair, replacement, a refund, or a discount proportional to the defect.
